Sun & Moon Yoga Retreat for Women

Retreats are offered twice a year around the Spring and Fall Equinox… the times of the year when day and night are equal in length… in other word’s the times of year when there is a balance between the Sun & Moon

Sun practice is active and structured, building strength and endurance

 Moon practice is passive, intuitive and flowing 

Find your balance between sun and moon, bring balance to your body, calm your mind,  and soothe your soul….

our typical retreat rhythm and flow:
Friday evening,
6:00-7:00pm- arrival, settle in
opening circle
Lunar Flow yoga session
Saturday,
optional nature hike/ walking meditation
~8am- Sunrise Yoga session
breakfast
Labyrinth workshop
lunch
Ayurveda/Aromatherapy workshop
free time: nature hike, journal, walk the labyrinth
Yoga Journey
Silent reflection 
dinner
bonfire kirtan, chanting, drumming
Sunday
~8am-Sunrise Yoga session
breakfast
Creativity workshop
closing circle, ~1:00pm-depart
