My theory for yoga practice:
Sun practice is active & structured, building strength and endurance. Moon practice is more passive, intuitive & flowing. My class attempts to find the balance between sun and moon to bring balance to the body, calm the mind, and soothe your soul. We will practice pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (yoga postures) as well as relaxation and guided meditation for a truly yummy yoga experience!

Private Bliss sessions can include yoga, thai massage, Oneness Blessing and guided meditation
